Lluvia femenina was created as a space for Latinx women to come together and discuss issues and topics relevant to their daily lives. This project started with a joining group of Vassar College and Hudson Valley high school students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Topics covered include: how social media affects women’s lives and perspectives on self, mother-daughter relationships, pedagogical discussions on the US education system, and being grateful in an ever-changing difficult political climate.
